2.Purpose of this notice
This notice sets out the general conditions for accessing and using the koaladish.com website. Using the website means you accept them. Restaurant accounts are also governed by our Terms of Service, and personal data by our Privacy Policy.

The KoalaDish name and logo, the design of the website, the templates, the software and our own texts belong to the owner or are used under licence. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without written permission, except as needed to use the service normally.
Content published by restaurants (names, logos, photos, menus, prices and texts) belongs to each restaurant or its licensors.
4.Restaurant websites
Restaurant websites hosted on KoalaDish, at koaladish.com/r/… addresses or on the restaurant's own domain, are created and managed by each restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for their content, including dishes, prices, allergen information, opening hours, events and bookings. KoalaDish is not a party to the relationship between a restaurant and its guests.
5.Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for content published by restaurants or for third-party websites linked from KoalaDish. If you see content that you believe is unlawful, please tell us and we will act quickly.
